14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

In strict accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for all online purchases.

The Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange for any reason.

Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, EEARS will cover all return shipping costs. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return freight to our designated facility.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
