At EEARS, we strive to resolve all customer concerns directly and amicably. However, to comply with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we provide access to official dispute resolution channels.

The ODR Platform: If an agreement cannot be reached, European consumers have the right to submit a complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
