At EEARS, we provide an industry-leading 3-Year (36-Month) Manufacturer’s Warranty on all primary industrial equipment and technical tools. This warranty ensures your investment is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operational conditions.

Coverage: We will repair or replace any core functional components (such as laser modules, sensors, and circuit boards) found to be defective.

Automatic Registration: Your warranty is activated automatically upon delivery; no additional paperwork is required.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from unauthorized modifications, improper storage, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., nozzles, hoses).

Statutory Rights: This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory 2-year legal guarantee provided to consumers under EU law.
